Ninurta

The God of the hunt, war, and the southern wind. Ninurta is the heroic son of Enlil, who defeated the monstrous Anzu and recovered the Tablets of Destiny. He represents the "Victorious Will" and the irrigation of the fields—the force that tames the wilderness and turns the desert into a garden. He is the champion of the plow and the mace, the one who proves that strength must be used to protect the order of the world.
