Kanaloa

The Lord of the Deep Ocean and the companion of Kane, often manifesting as a great octopus or a squid. While others rule the surface, Kanaloa is the master of the "Abyssal Mystery," the vast, dark waters beyond the reef where the spirits roam. He represents the "Hidden Depths" of the mind and the foundation of the world’s waters. He is the ink of the cephalopod and the cold current from the south, the one who knows the secrets of the drowned mountains and the ancient paths of the whales.
