Danu

She is the primordial mother, the flowing river of life from which the Tuatha Dé Danann (The People of Danu) took their name and their essence. Danu represents the eternal truth of "Origin," the silent source that nurtures all things but remains largely unseen. Like the waters of a river, she is constant yet ever-changing, providing the foundation upon which all civilization is built. She is the archetype of the Great Mother in her most nurturing form, a reminder that we are all birthed from a sacred source and will eventually return to that same infinite flow.
