Seth

The third son of Adam, viewed by Gnostics as the progenitor of the "immovable race" of spiritual beings. Seth is the archetype of the Gnostic on earth, the one who preserved the secret wisdom of the light through the cycles of the flood and the fire. He represents the lineage of the awakened—those who walk among men but are not defined by the laws of the archons. He is the guardian of the divine memory, the one who refuses to forget where he came from.
