Anguta

The "Father with the Knife" and the gatherer of the dead, Anguta is the somber ferryman who carries the souls of the deceased down to the lightless realm of Adlivun. He is the one who must squeeze the souls of the sinful to purge them of their earthly weight, a necessary but painful transition before they can find rest. He lives in the shadows beneath the ice, a stern patriarch who serves as the first judge of the journey beyond. His presence is a cold reminder that every action in life has a physical and spiritual weight that must eventually be measured.
